Refinement magnified by power. The CT5-V Blackwing is powered by the highest output in Cadillac’s history: a 6.2L Supercharged V8 hand-built in Bowling Green, Kentucky.† But make no mistake, this performance machine masterfully balances raw power with precise poise on the open road.

The CT5-V Blackwing features the latest generation of Magnetic Ride Control, which reads the road up to 1,000 times per second and seamlessly adjusts damping for exceptional ride, handling and control.
high-performance steering wheels
Prestige in the palms of your hands. The high-performance steering wheel delights with fine leather, cut-and-sewn stitching, carbon-fiber trim and a unique serialized plate, featuring a laser-etched engraving of a portion of your VIN. it also helps personalize your drive with quick-access buttons for V-Mode and Performance Traction Management.
6.2L supercharged v8 engine
Transport yourself. With 668 hp and 659 lb-ft of torque, you can test your limits on the track, with an estimated top speed over 200mph when properly equipped. Custom Launch Control with Line Lock helps offer an estimated 0-60 time of 3.7 seconds resulting in elite-level performance on and off the track.
standard 6-speed manual transmission
True performance driving is back. The standard 6-speed manual transmission strengthens your connection to the road and includes a unique shifter with a jewel-like 3D-printed emblem. You're also free to leave the shifting to the lightning fast, unsurpassed speeds with the available 10-speed automatic transmission.
available carbon-ceramic brake system with cross-drilled rotors
The CT5-V Blackwing is the first Cadillac vehicle to offer carbon-ceramic brakes with cross-drilled rotors, resulting in a brake system that is both visually appealing and high-performing. The brake system is integrated with vehicle drive modes (Tour, Sport, Track and Snow/Ice), including adjusting the brake-pedal feel for each mode - helping to deliver the driving characteristics expected while helping to increase driver confidence.

From its bold-faced grille to its sleek, long and low proportions, aesthetic beauty works in tandem with extensively validated aerodynamics, resulting in design that’s understated yet riveting both on and off the track.
artful aerodynamics
Bold design beautifully directs airflow. The new mesh grille directs air to the main radiators, cooler and airflow ducts. Every secondary grille is functional and purposeful. The front splitter and rear spoiler combine to reduce lift and generate traction. This is science applied with the hands of a sculptor.
Forged aluminum wheels
Stronger and lighter than traditional cast aluminum wheels, V-Series Blackwing features forged aluminum wheels paired with summer-only, high-performance, low-profile tires.† These aluminum wheels are stiffer than previous Cadillac generations, resulting in reduced road noise and improved track performance. A distinct laser-etched “V” design detail adds an element of visual stopping power—proving that V-Series Blackwing thrills while in motion and at rest.

The CT5-V Blackwing offers three levels of unique interior refinement, each delivering carbon-fiber trim and an array of performance-inspired cues. At the highest tiers, Cadillac craftsmanship pulls out all the stops, featuring available high-performance front seats with Mulan and Opus Semi-Aniline leather seating surfaces and striking faceted quilting and perforation patterns. Every interior is a masterpiece. The challenge is choosing one.

An available sueded-microfiber headliner, as well as available accents on the seats, door trim, steering wheel and shifter, allow you to further refine an atmosphere already teeming with adrenaline.
torch red seat belts
Available Torch Red seat belts dial up the performance character of the cabin and exemplify the lengths Cadillac designers went to in creating a cohesive, racing-inspired interior theme.
carbon-fiber-accented front seats
Available carbon-fiber-accented seats are crafted for the true performance enthusiast. Optimized ergonomics provide lateral support during spirited maneuvers, and the slim head-restraint design is shaped to comfortably accommodate track helmets—a touch reserved for CT5-V Blackwing vehicles.

12" diagonal hd reconfigurable cluster
Information at your command. This beatiful interface is integrated with the center cluster and available Head-Up display, resulting in the streamlined delivery of key driving data. A unique Track configuration -- exclusive to the V-Series Blackwing - optimizes manual gear shifting with transmission shift lights, and includes a lap timer, quick access to Custom Launch Control settings and more.
